Prints may be ordered with or without matting.
All mounting and mat-board materials are acid-free and white or off-white in color. The list below provides general information on image sizes, mat sizes, and associated prices.

Viewing the portfolio work here on my Website provides a good idea about the imagery that I create and the subjects or themes that I enjoy. However, to fully appreciate the art of my work, one must see the physical prints that I personally make for each of my images. For me, an image is not complete until I have printed it in such a way that it conveys the inspiration and emotion that guided me to capture or create the image in the first place.
To accomplish my printing goals, the basic technical requirements are to routinely calibrate my computer monitor and printer for accurate color and tonal rendering. I then use the print paper manufacturer’s ICC (International Color Consortium) profiles in creating proofs or first prints utilizing several paper types until I am satisfied with the artistic rendering of the image. After viewing prints by many other artists and testing a variety of papers myself, I have discovered that the papers made by Hahnemühle combined with the pigment inks I use consistently produce the best prints of my images. These prints are museum quality prints, with long lasting archival qualities. The Hahnemühle papers I use most are Torchon, German Etching Paper, Bright White Cotton Rag, and Photo Rag Pearl. I am also pleased with the quality of images printed on Moab Entrada Bright White Rag.
While viewing my photography work in exhibitions or at fine art festivals, people routinely comment on the quality of my prints and how well the beautiful subtle to bright colors, tonal range, textures, and sharpness all bring the images to life.
Images are limited to editions of 25, 35 or 50 prints depending on the size of image. Starting in 2012, new work printed at 12" inches in height or more will be limited to editions of 25 prints. I usually print images at two or three different sizes. The 8" x 12" print size is also being replaced by 8.5" x 12.75" prints for new work in 2012 and 2013.
Prints are signed lightly in pencil outside the image area on the lower right. Small open edition prints (5 x 7) are only initialed in order to not visually detract from the image. Image titles, year taken, and location are also written in pencil on the back of each print.
A “Certificate of Authenticity” is placed on the back of the mat of every limited edition print. This certificate authenticates that the photograph is my original work and includes the print number
(i.e. Print No. 7) of the maximum 35 prints for that image size. Other information provided includes image title, image size, photograph location and date, paper used, and my signature.

Framed Prints
All images may be ordered with mat and frame. Please contact me for price and estimated shipping cost. I will deliver orders within a thirty mile radius of my Longmont, Colorado studio. Framed work may be seen by attending one of my exhibitions, at art festivals where I am participating, or by appointment at my home studio.
Larger Prints
Please contact me to check availability and cost for larger limited edition prints of specific images. Some
images may be
ordered as a canvas giclée printed for me by a well known professional company in Fort
Collins, Colorado. For example, the price
for a 20" x 30" canvas giclée (ready to hang) is
currently $650.00.
Cards
Archival quality 5” x 7” fine art cards are available for many of my portfolio images. Card images are printed on heavy stock acid-free matte paper. Actual image sizes are approximately 4” x 4” (square image) and 3.8” x 5.6” (rectangular image). Individual cards are $6.00 each (minimum order of three cards). Boxed sets of eight cards (two cards each of four images) may also be ordered. Boxed sets are $44.00 each.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be additional. The best method of shipping will be determined for each order. Items will generally be shipped within 10-14 days of order time.

Payment for print purchases can be made by check or money order paid to Britt Ripley.
